Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. She started competing in fitness shows at the age of 16 when she resigned from her gymnastics training in the early years of her life. She won her Pro Card in the year following aged 17. Ariel Khadr competes as an IFBB Fitness Pro model, and is sponsored by Ariel Khadr. After quitting gymnastics Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After 17 years, she, she won her pro card. She became an IFBB Pro at the age of 17. She was also one of the smallest IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel took six years off on the field to finish her college education. In the year 2015 she returned on the stage and took part in prestigious competitions such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed over the course of several years following her debut show setting higher targets for herself every year. She was awarded four more fitness championships by the close of the year. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. This made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel took six years off from competing after obtaining her pro card to finish her undergraduate education. In October 2015, she returned to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. Her finish was 3rd during the event. In June of 2016, she took the top prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and consequently, she was able to qualify for Fitness Olympia. After three months, Ariel took to the stage at the Olympia and came in 6th place in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations and was proud of the result. When you consider she had to fight against only the very best. Ariel's physical condition continues to improve every year. The body part that Ariel likes to exercise includes her lower back. The most she does is bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on a machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. Her usual routine is to warm up then moves on to the sets for working.
