Lis Wehl was born on September 19, 1961, in the United States, is an author and former legal expert for Fox News.
She's an adjunct professor of law at New York Law School, and formerly was an associate professor at University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on the National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio show, The Radio Factor. She is a regular guest regularly on The O'Reilly Factor. The Kelly File featuring Megyn Kelly. Lou Dobbs tonight. The Imus Morning Show. The Legal Lis Radio Show and Wiehl of Justice Podcast.
Wiehl is a native of Yakima, and raised in Yakima within Washington State, was a graduate of Yakima in the state of Washington from West Valley High School. She received her degree from Barnard College with a Bachelor's Degree from 1983. In 1985 she received her master of Arts Degree in Literature at the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she earned a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl was a prosecutor at the US Attorney's Office. She was the legal correspondent on the NPR program All Things Considered. She served as "deputy chief of the investigative team for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's imposition. Between 1995 and 2001, she served as a tenured law professor in the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle, where she ran the Trial Advocacy Program. Wiehl was employed as an analyst for Fox News legal analyst from 2001 until 2017.
